Does your exhaust wiggle

I just installed a competition werkes slip-on on my 2013 daytona 675r. After install I can wiggle the exhaust still with my hand. It is only being held on the the bolt at the rear set and the gasket clamp. It seems as if it should be put further onto the header pipe at the bottom of the bike but even when I do as soon as i tighten down the bolt at the rearset it pulls it back into place. It'll wiggle no matter how much I tighten the gasket clamp

I haven't mounted an accessory pipe in years but they used to always have some movement in them.
