Anyone ever have their jacket tailored?

I am long and slim. I have always had a hard time finding a proper fitting jacket.

Has anyone ever had their textile jacket tailored to fit how they want?

Did it hold up?

Did you just take it to a standard tailor joint?

Tailors may have trouble with motorcycle gear because it tends to be much thicker and heavier duty than typical attire, best bet is to call around. I know there are companies that make custom fit leathers (some very affordably), so I'd imagine worst case you could contact one of them about altering a textile jacket.

I have a friend who races and repairs motorcycle gear. Her and her father owner a business Tailoring clothing. They do make alterations to track suits and jackets. I have only seen her for repairs with tearing

But, what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very large amount of posts. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you drop this now, that'll be the end of it. I will not Google you, I will not photochop you. But if you don't, I will search the webnets for you, I will find you, and I will pwn you."
