2013 STR Translogic QS Problems. Misfiring?

I purchased a Translogic Quickshifter off of Facebook and installed it in my biker over Christmas. The installation went good expect that Triumph had a right and left handed thread on the shift rod while the quickshifter needed 2 right hand threaded ones.

When starting it up and going for a quick ride, it sounds deeper then normal and doesn't have any power when going for a quick ride. It seems likes it's misfiring but everything is plugged in correctly and is securely fastened. Should I change the spark plugs and how would I check the coil packs to make sure they are good?

Any recommendations would be good at this point, I thought I installed everything correctly to Translogic's manual but I might have missed something. If I can't narrow it down or figure it out with your guy's help, I might take it to the dealer or just remove the quickshifter.

Unplug the sensor; see if that makes a difference.
