I looked at imgur but saw this in the ToS:

Also, don't use Imgur to host image libraries you link to from elsewhere, content for your website, advertising, avatars, or anything else that turns us into your content delivery network.
Makes me wonder if they expressly allow embedding in a forum like this. I submitted a "contact us" request to imgur for clarification.

All I ask is a Hinckley triple
And a road to steer her by.

You must be a member of some duration. Go to the site now and they want almost $40/year.

Some hosting sites may follow suit with PB in the future and we'll have a mess all over again.

The best bet for posting images on site is to use the Attachments Manager and post directly to your threads.

I agree but the attached images require clicking to expand and frequently still don't allow the full size. This makes it hard to supply the full detail.

I suggest an increase in the size allowed by the site. Storage is cheaper than ever and internet speeds are faster. Please allow larger images giving more detail. Also more images per post.

I have not yet figured out how to use this site's feature to attach photos or video.

No they don't. You attach them, then you go the next row down to "insert image" and it'll display them in your post just like a Photobucket link. My fork oil how-to is an example. https://www.triumph675.net/forum/showthread.php?t=38739

Hmm. I've never seen that done on any vbulletin forum. I assume there's still a quality limitation.

There is, but it's still pretty high. 5mb file maximum for all image file types. As long as it's not supppppper high HD, that should cover most needs.
