Excellent post! Thank you very much. My valve hasn't seized yet, but it squeaks like hell. Now with your how-to I will lube the bearings with a lot of grease to prevent it from seizing :)

Edit: Squeak is gone now!

The HOW TO's are the best. I've started to PDF the first page of most of the threads that still have pictures, as I have noticed that some of the older posts no longer have the images present. A good example would be the HID fitting.

I should either post the PDF's or I might start hosting them myself.

If you could that'd be kickass, or tell me how to convert the threads into pdf's?

I'll organise the hosting soon, and put all the PDF's up once it is finished.

In reagrds on how to PDF the tread, that is the easy part.

Download PDF Createor from the following address:
http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator/download

Install PDF Creator. This will install a PDF print driver in your "Printers and Faxes".

To output a page as PDF, just print it and select the PDFCreator Printer as the printer.

BTW, you can use PDF Creator to output ANYTHING that you would normally print as a PDF and the best part is that it is FREE.....

Hope that Helps....

I dont have one anymore, but I had to post up that this is an excellent How-To... And even though I don't get use of it, I must thank you for taking the time to put this together for others!!!
