Anyone has ridden with a stiff neck?

I can't believe I am off work and have a stiff neck! I am about to do my overdue lawn work and see how things progress throughout the day. Maybe, just maybe my neck loosens up!

Due to old injuries my left shoulder and neck get stiff/sore if I'm on the bike for a long day. Sticking one of these to my shoulder usually helps: http://www.salonpas.us/product/salon...-relief-patch/

Yeah, had to do a trackday with counter rotated vertebrae in my neck. Could barely turn my head 45 degrees, not fun. Found out much later my common neck issues not stem from when I broke my collar bone and my shoulder pops out. So I have to keep an eye on it. It's a pain but not usually a deal breaker for a ride, just have to take it easy

On a serious note I rode with a stiff neck and shoulder for at least three months after my crash last year...I just pushed thru the pain because I love riding!!!!

I have been having counter rotated vertebrae issue since I was 12. A quick trip to the chiropractor fixes it instantly every time And it doesn't usually come back for a few years.
