By gasket you mean the o-ring or an actual paper gasket? The stock tensioner doesn't have an actual gasket, does it?

The sidecover gasket. The tensioner just has an o-ring. (but a dab of Yamambond/similar on the mounting surface does not hurt)

I'll be purchasing APE Cam chain tensioner and gasket. What will be the shipping cost to Toronto, Ontario, Canada?

*Update*

My instructions said to use the provided bolts but it didn't have any so I just used the stock bolts.
