'06 Daytona - torquing the last valve cover bolt

I have been tightening the valve cover with just an allen wrench but I'm curious if anyone knows what the dealers use to tighten the lower right bolt on a Daytona 2006, I can't get a socket in there and haven't found a nifty torque wrench that would work.

Reason for asking is that I overtightened the same type of bolt on my Honda ST1100 and it was not fun times.

The service manual has you doing everything with the engine out of the frame. No way dealers are dropping motors to check valves, so there's also no way they're properly torquing that last bolt. Once you do the other 5 you get a pretty good feel for what they should be, so that last one is usually close. I know mine is spot-on because I do this every winter...
