'12 motor into '08
Paul, you have inspired me. Something went catastrophically bad somewhere between the clutch cover and stator cover(the entire engine) as my bike locked up at 80 causing me to high side at arroyo seco in feb. I bought a "gently used, well running" first gen motor that turned out not so gently used or well running, and it appears that I'm gonna gamble again on a newer motor. Thanks for posting this!
Edit: I have a line on a '12 675r motor locally. Obviously my 07 needs to be tuned for any 2nd gen+ motor but will it function the same as if I got a standard '12 675 long block?
