Compatible rims for the 2014 Street Triple

Hey guys,

I've been googling furiously and posting on a few forums. I've also gone to visit the local dealership but I simply can't find a straight answer. Are the front rims for the 2008-2012 Street Triples compatible on a 2014 model?

My beloved bike ate one too many potholes on a trip this summer and she has developed a really noticeable bumpiness on the front wheel. I took her to my preferred mechanic and he diagnosed a bent rim. I also took it to the local Triumph dealership beforehand and he couldnt find anything wrong with the rims. They also quoted me 1000+$ for a replacement front rim. So now my alternatives are looking for compatible rims on ebay, or trying to find a place that can repair my rim.

Any help appreciated!

You need 2013+ Daytona or Street Triple wheels, unless you want to modify an older wheel. Your best bet is to look for a used set or buy aftermarket.

I have a slightly bent REAR from a '14 Street Triple R; if you're interested, send me a PM, and I'll reply with a photo or 2 and a reasonable price.
