New frame. I have a very hard time believing you'll bolt a straight subframe to that. And straightening a cast aluminum frame is a whole other mess. Sorry to say, but, you need a new frame.

Not without grinding parts of the gb cover down. The newer clutch cover is just a slightly different shape. I put one on my bike an it took about 1/2 hour with some hand files to make it fit.
