Is that a slipper clutch? Looks like the regular one. Triumph slip/assist clutch has big ramps and three springs only. Still cheap either way.

I'm fairly sure they are the same fitment all the way through. Gen 2s had little insersts (black plastic) between guard and mount, but you can use these or not as you wish. Cheers.
