Rev Limit

I have found the Tacho to read about 1G fast. I have my rev limit set at 13500 on my bike and it doesn't hit the limiter until it is showing very close to 14500 on the Tacho.

Did you replace the battery, I would start there from what I read and my experience. If your battery is not 100% they don't like to start.
