All fluids. You've already done the oil, but the coolant, brake fluid, fuel and suspension fluid need to be dumped ASAP. +1 to checking the gas tank and changing the filter and +1 to new tires.

UK Race Support can make a race harness out of a stock one while still using the stock ECU, which you could then reflash...
