Question parasitic draw? (pt II)

Hey guys.
So Im trying to troubleshoot a potential parasitic draw.

Why?
A perfectly good battery isnt able to start my bike after sitting for a week or so.
I don't believe its my charging...

When I connect my multimeter in continuity mode to Positive and Negative of my bike w/ no battery it reads 614.
Is that normal? or...

Critter chewed through a wire. How screwd am I?

Just pulled my bike out of a year In storage. All is good except for a critter next under the airbox. They chewed through this wire. Can anyone tell me what it's for?
