The instrument clusters are generally locked to a specific vin range. This is because the instrument cluster is an input into the ECU. So I highly doubt it's remotely possible.

You’ll need to remove the oil pan just to ensure you get the pipe fitted back together correctly. Also when you remove it you’ll dump a bunch of water into the sump.
