The wear looks as expected and would have nothing to do with the noise.

It is possible to smooth out those notches in the basket and hub but it doesn't look bad enough to warrant cleaning them up.

Hard to tell from the audio. But if your clutch lever is behaving differently: worth having a look.

I mostly came by to tell you that the clutch cover is obnoxious to re-install on these bikes....
