If the outer tube on the 13+ is the same as the 09-12 (which I'm almost positive it is and only the casting was different to accomodate the abs sensor), then I have one.

I'm betting the bike isn't very old and it's an immobilizer causing the issues. Replace the guts (circuit board) of the dash and only use the case from the new dash.

Triumph also does their increments in 0.05mm, it's just that their increments are directly between common shim sizes. If you really want to be precise you would need both common and Triumph shims.
