1- how do you prep/ apply the paint like you used - very custom look. i love it
how do you prep the tank surface/prime/ clear coat after?
2. who did you have do the cerakote? any specifics as far as automotive required grade?

I love how the tail chop turned out, almost did it on my Striple as well but was going to go in a different direction (road-racing setup rather than Scrambler). Really excellent craftsmanship all around.
1) the paint was applied by my friend at Custom Livery of Atlanta and later wet sanding religiously. it came out like glass
2) the cerakote was done by a shop called Kickass Powdercoating. It's the same material as Jet-Hot coatings basically and works great for headers.

And if it would be previous generation Street Triple (2010 for example), would there be any different technical approach needed in some area?
