It's definitely fairy loud. Not obnoxious - but loud enough. Raspy. You can order a baffle DB killer for it if necessary to quiet it down.

Great exhaust! I had it on my Daytona until the whole bike was stolen :-(

anyway, the exhaust sounds great, I got so many complements at the track, I think I have a video of it here somewhere...GLWS!
