Default Cannot fix oil leak in crank cover...advice?

This oil leak has been driving me nuts.
The previous owner said that bike has been crashed on the right side. One of the crank cover (bottom left) bolts snapped and the cover was scratched up pretty bad. Ok, fine.

I've been trying to fix the leak for a few months now.

The lower right is the bolt in question. This is 5 minutes into a ride around the neighbourhood. It's bad enough that any oil that's in the case simply leaks overnight. It's not terrible, I do track days on this bike and don't have to top off, but a 2 hour ride today resulted in some oily pattern on the rearset.
It seems to be even leaking through the bolt hole itself.

The leak around the middle bolt appears last.
This, I'm not sure about. When looking at the casing, the cover goes over a joint in upper and lower crankcases. The rear joint between the two is smooth. The front joint (in the red circle, covered by the cover), is not, the cases are offset by don't know, maybe .25mm? Definitely can feel it running the finger over it.

So far I've tried:
- Tighten everything to spec 9Nm
- I've tried to tighten so much that I stripped the threads
- Rethreaded several of the holes with Helicoil
- Lower right bolt has been tightened (with Helicoil) to a point that helicoil broke, and I've since then rethreaded it to 5/16 (or whatever next closest size to M6 is)
- Has Woodcraft gasket
- Tried squirting Hondabond #4 in the hole to stop the leak.

I'm out of ideas at this point. After the powder test, while taking pictures, I noticed that the bolts were slightly looser again, and tightened everything again.

Questions I'm pondering are:
- Did the crash somehow bend something/squash something so I no longer have a tight seal on the bottom?
- Is the offset in crankcase joint causing this?
- I've tried stock gasket, I've tried WC gasket, I've tried just Hondabond.
Can I use both Hondabond AND a gasket around the bolt holes?
- How is it blowing oil out of the lower right bolt?

Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated.

have you also tried to coat the bolt threads, there is also the one upper bolt (on the right side) that uses a copper washer is that in place?

I've put honbabond into the threads...didn't seem to help.
The upper right bolt, with the copper washer on it, isn't actually leaking.
The bottom right bolt, one that doesn't have the oil channel behind it, is leaking through the bolt.
I'm going to put more HB4 on the threads, as much as I can, and pray it helps. Or go with "HB4 AND a gasket", maybe that'll help too. HondaBond everywhere!

Honestly, I'm tired of this leak. The problem is not that it's severe...its there! Well, that, and the right rearset has thin oil film covering it, have to keep on cleaning it. Luckily none of it made its way to the rear tire.

Replace the gasket, make sure you torque them to spec, and cross pattern torque it. If it still leaks your woodcraft case could be warped, or even the lower engine casing
Make sure you scrape all the old goo n shit u got on the case

Looks like u have a different bolt in the top of the woodcraft case ya?

I had the same problem as you after a crash on that side. Gb racing cover took most of the brunt but I still needed to replace the gasket. The actual cover was fine. You seem to have done everything but change the actual woodcraft cover itself. Try that plus new gasket and you should be fine. Every thing is pointing to that cover being damaged.

The bolt in lower right is different b/c I stropped the original thread on the M6, and then either didn't retap it properly or stripped the threads using helicoil, so it's the next size up.

The WC cover itself is brand new, not hte stock one that was on there when the bike was crashed (cover + GBR covers).

Warped case or slight misalignment is what I'm worried about...kind of. That'd a lot of force to compress/warp aluminum that much. Any way to check for that?

I'd order a new gasket first and clean the land on each cases, try that

I had the same annoying leak and fixed it with RTV silicone gasket maker you can get at any auto parts store. The black stuff is what I use but have heard of others using the red stuff. No leak at all. Also if your bolts are stripped then tap and die them and that will help.

So no gasket, just apply RTV silicone bead around the whole circumference?
All bolts are already re-tapped.
