Purchased last winter, I probably wore it 1/2 a dozen times, but lost a lot of weight and it's just too big. Chest size is true, it's a perfect fit if you are 44" measured around your torso @ your nipples. There are adjustment straps at the arms and waist for tailoring the fit. Jacket has a thermal-type of zip-in vest included. Jacket is not perforated, but does have some zippable vents and should be a great spring/fall/winter garment. It is not brand new, so I will say the condition is a 9.9 out of 10. It is still stiff, never wore it enough to break the leather in. I have not worn this since March of 2012, and need to get a smaller jacket for winter, no use this hanging in the closet! I'm a non-smoker, jacket is in great condition - ready to put on and ride!
