Default FMF Apex full exhaust tune

Hey gang,

I have searched high and low, but I have not been able to find a Tuneecu for the FMF Apex full exhaust. Would any of you lovely people care to share one? It gets here on the 7th and I won't have time to take it to the Dyno before my TD on 12th due to work.

Thanks in advance!

I would imagine a full arrow tune would work if you cant find proper fmf tune.

That's a good point! If anything it's a good place to start.

Thanks!

Yes, from my experience with a different bike, the tune was very similar with all the full Systems.
If your looking for that little bit extra a custom tune will give you the best result but, maybe you won't be able to tell the difference riding it.

Hi Jeramie

So what tune did you end up using before you had it custom tuned? I just got my FMF exhaust and would like to temp load up something. I called Desmoto to schedule appointment yesterday but they were pretty busy and said they would give me a call back.

I have a custom tune for the Apex system. What yr bike? This tune was done by the best tuner I know it has about 6hrs of tune time on it. My buddy paid a pretty penny for it. I traded a new set of brake pads for it.

My bike is a 2011 with BMC race air filter. So she running with this map?

I installed the full Arrow map, then had it tuned on a Dyno. I would just give it to you, but I run Race gas, and the race ECU. Sadly, it won't work on your bike.

Maybe that other kid can give you his tune, if he has the stock ECU.

This tune should work just fine then. It is tuned with Sai blocked and off, Flapper off and exhaust off. Iridium plugs but doesn't matter, velocity stacks , piper cross air filter, and a FMF Ti system. Makes crazy power up to 13850 tons of that wonderful torque. So I have also done other things to my motor but that doesn't matter for using the tune.

I'd also like to try your map on my bike GGR, at least until I get my bike on dyno this winter.
