Very cool and looks like a lot of fun except the extreme possibility of getting punctured multiple times by someone's tire.

Haven't raced but we ran an ice bike this year. Traction is likely as good as street and a lot of fun. When you crash you *typically* lowside so the bike is far enough the razor sharp studs don't come close to you. On a frozen lake it doesn't really matter what speed you crash at since you can just slide forever! :)

Yeah it does look like fun minus the tires part haha, I just like how they drag their whole leg basically.
