Sidi Vortices sizing

So I am in the market for some Sidi Vortices.

I need measurements from someone who actually has them.

My foot measures roughly 10-3/8 inches from back of heel to end of toes. Anyone with a similar sized foot that has Vortices please let me know what size boot you have. I usually wear size 9.5 shoe but supposedly the 9.5 Vortices are too small for me.

I went 1 size up on my pair as well normally wear a size 42(8-8½) now I wear a size 43 in Vortices. I hope your not buying them as a everyday boot. because the plastic strap at the foot will cut into the leather. Sidi refuse to repaire them under warranty and the fight is still currnetly on going
