Dyno tuning in sydney?

Hey,

I've been thinking of getting a new exhaust, was just wondering if anyone knew a good place to take my bike to get it tuned?

So far the only place I've found is Motorcycle Weaponry in Mona Vale, they can do Tune ECU/Tuneboy tunes but being that the bike is my only form of tranport and they're a bit far away it'd be pretty hard for me to get out there.

Hi Liv2.

I'd certainly recommend them.

Aye, it is a fair way to go...well it was for me.... but you don't go and drop off the bike and return later to collect.

The twice I have been there for dyno sessions, I was in the wee, noisy box along with the bloke doing it.

Basically you spend the whole morning there.

Other than Weaponry, there is Bike Biz, at Paramatta, but I have not had any dealings with them.

Yeah Weaponry is probably close enough, I'm in Hornsby

However I work in Parra, so I guess BikeBiz would be nice too, but they'd probably charge like a wounded bull.

Hi again Liv2.

How exotic is the exhaust you are considering?

It might be worth considering looking on the various forums in case there already exists a good tune for the exhaust you plan to fit.

If you find someone else has already done a good tune for your intended set-up and it is available, it's fairly easy to slurp it down from the 'net and squirt it onto your ECU.
