I was wondering how many of you guys test rode your Triumph before you bought it and how many of you guys didnt. As for me I didnt. I paid for it and a couple days later I picked it up. The whole buying something before trying it out was definitely interesting to say the least. Also before my purchase I had never rode anything Triumph but i have to say I took a chance and man did it pay out:)

I test rode mine.......I was the first person to ride it.
I put 26 miles on it.... Then I went back 2 hours later and rode it again. Bought it the next day.

I actually bought mine site-unseen. I have ridden other 675's and knew I couldn't go wrong after reading about the R.
The smile of mine at the dealership when I picked up the bike was quite clear to me wife and my friend that indeed I made a great decision. Man, love this bike!

When I bought my first one they were so new that no one was offering test rides. I read the reviews and sat on one. I pulled the trigger and ordered it and never regretted it.
I bought my new one a couple months ago and did not test ride it because I had the other one and knew what it was already |

in 06 I got to wait like an hour to follow a guy on a 10 min rount of a guided test ride due to the bike just being out and the small size of the dealer....not to mention Triumph of Detroit was the next closest when they were still at their old local.....wonder how Life Cycle in the Khole has held up these days (Kzoo, MI)

nope, not with the triumph, or the one i bought before it. I knew i wanted the 675, from reviews and a desire to be different/own something unique, at the time the closest dealer was in calgary, 2 provinces over, about 12 hrs. I saw the SE on the internet and knew i wanted it, called them, they had it, done deal.

I bought mine from a friend, so I took it home a couple days before I bought it, so that would be considered a test drive
