I would love to jump with a wingsuit, looks like it'd be so much fun.

Dan Osmon unfortunately died not soloing, but rather during a roped jump that went awry.

btw, I climb and even looking at pictures of roped climbing makes my hands piss sweat. Once you're on a face you don't really think about the height, and you don't see the exposed persepctive you see in pics or videos, it's just rock a few inches from your face that could be 6 feet or 6000 feet above the ground

I watched the teaser in my office and when I saw him slip I screamed "OH SHIT!" then realized he was falling into water. Still a long fall and scary as hell and now my office thinks I'm a puss! LOL!

That's the crazy thing about it. Flying doesn't bother me at all. Probably because I am contained in something secure whereas if I am on a ladder or a ledge there's nothing holding me, but me. And frankly, I can't be trusted.

Its simply amazing what someone with the talent, conditioning, and the right mindset can do. I still dont get the point of no safety gear though. In those conditions your talking about one loose bit of rock, or one bad foot placement and it can all be over...and the odds just get worse the more hes doing it. Hats off to the guy though....amazing
