Arrow Low Boy on A Daytona

Been looking at Hord Racings work on the dyno and noticed the graph using a low Arrow Street Triple system. Looks promising with a few extra tweaks.
Has anyone here done it to a Daytona and got pics of how much the fairing has to be cut away and the clearance between the foot pegs. The bike I'm thinking of putting it on has rearsets so it may not fit.
