How do I embed videos???

I cannot get the video embed to work.
Can someone show me what I'm doing wrong?

I Usally just copy and paste the web adress from the adress bar.

What I do know is the the forum Administrator will have permit use of the codes <object>, <param> and <embed> which are usually unselected on default forum settings.

Ya...they have not enabled video embedding...they should.

Note..to make active, insert left and right brackets i,e "[" and "]" before URL= and after [/URL code.

Out of curiosity I tested the code for youtube...it was a no go:

I have asked this question to the admin before... but haven't really found a solution.

Youtube embedding used to be automatic, all you had to do was post up the link (url form) and the forum will automatically embed the video. The past month (or maybe so) this hasn't been the case... I'll ask around again.

Who does myspace vids...honestly. We need youtube vid tags!
