I watched the video, I didn't see him "kick her door" is their footage of that part?

“Whatever the purpose, she chased. She sped. She followed too closely. and she hunted him down,” Deputy District Atty. Laura Evans said during the sentencing hearing."

If he did hit her car, on "purpose" don't see why he would let her tailgate. oh man what a shitty situation.

That is exactly why motorcyclists have to be very passive when it comes to traffic and road rage. Some people are crazy and you never know who is going to flip you the bird or who is going to run you down.
6 Years isn't enough but even a 50 year sentence won't bring him back. If he had just pulled over and let the psycho-***** go past he may be alive with only a distant memory of another crazy driver.
I hate to swallow my pride/anger/fear when a cager does something dumb around me, But being so vulnerable on a bike it is better to let it go and live another day.

I 100% agree with you. I will not battle with a person driving a car while I'm on a 500 Lb motorcycle. All they have to do is swipe me and I'm going down. Cooler heads must prevail.
