Machining work

Since I spend so much time at work these days, I might as well spend a bit more. If you're looking for your ideas to be made I might be able to help. Small lathe parts are easy to get in and out. Bigger items would take time with how busy we are but you never know. I don't really do mill work but can ask around the shop for open time if someone has something they are looking at doing.

I can give you rough quotes on things.

Hmmmmm... trying to think of something i need, or really really want.
Pretty much done with the 675R though.

You going to be doing any powdercoating since you have a house now?
That is something I do need..
Some aluminum bits, and some bolts

My lathe won't know if it's a 675 part or not. :wink3:

The garage has been plumbed for air and the spray booth is partially done. The oven will be built after I get back from Chicago and see where the money stands. I can get the aluminum bits anodized though if you'd prefer.

Some recent work I've done.

My titanium wedding band.

Done complete on the lathe. Part is a setup done in acetal. Final was 1018.

7075 shift knob for a subaru...or anything else in a 12x1.25 thread.

Some nuts for a spindle motor. Left hand thread. We are converting it to a friction stir welder. Again, 100% done on the lathe.

That is nice! How much would something like that cost?
