You would need the repair/maintenance history on both.
The most expensive maintenance item is the valve adjustment at 12k mi. Everything else is cheap/easy.
I've had two stators burn out in the life of my bike, both at 20-some thousand miles. Not a cheap repair and it typically ruins the R/R and battery as well. So, I would definitely look for charging system repairs.
If you are buying from an individual look at their house and their personal health. A well maintainded 35km bike would be a better buy than a completely neglected and thrashed squidmobike at 8km with shit throttle inputs and bad wheelies.
JD!!!
I got dibs! I'd totes sell the 13 for your bike
