I have my bike at the shop getting a custom dyno tune done via TuneECU. They are having issues with getting it to be smooth on take off out of 1st gear. As you feather the clutch out it begins to stumble until you get to around 3k rpm then clears up. The shop told me that it was too lean on the low end and found the Sai leaking so I had them block that off. Now after that it is still stumbling on the low end. My mods are arrow slip on, Termn8r decat header, bmc street filter, removed exup, removed air flapper, removed o2 sensor, and sai blocked off. If anyone has any ideas please give me some feedback.
May sound like a stupid questions but did you also disable them with something like TunECU? You may have actually taken the hardware off but the bike will still try to operate those parts even with them removed unless you disable/omit it.
Got it fixed turns out the computer they were tuning with had a problem. They did another bike and it had the same problems switched out the laptop and it worked fine on the retune.
