Pressure: Front 31 Cold, Rear 23 Cold

Keep in mind that tire pressure is also dependent on total bike and rider combined weight. If you weigh less you will need less air pressure to maintain the same size contact patch.

Pressure: Front ~30psi hot (180°) Rear ~26psi hot (180°)
Not sure if this is the right place for this.. I couldn't find recommended pressures anywhere for the stock Dragons that come on the Daytona so I emailed Pirelli. Here's their response:
Tire: Dragon Supercorsa Pro
Method: Hot, warmers at ~165*F
Front: 32
Rear: 28
Njmp thunderbolt, woodcraft dual temp hot setting (start between every session)
Pirelli sc1 front:32 hot
Pirelli sc2 rear: 28 hot
Suspension set to 6' 1" 165lbs rider.
Had great feel with these suggested pressures.
