Hey guys! Probably could search this but am at work! Looking at the triumph 1050 throttle tube on the 675 2014 model. Will any year of 1050 tube fit or does it have to be a specific year for it to fit? Thanks in advance!

I don't know about that. There was a very noticeable difference between my stock throttle tube and the 1050 on my 2014 675R. In both looks and pull travel.

2016 Aprilia RSV4 RR 8/29/15

Part number I used was T2040331. Found the 1050 OEM bag with my old tube. Someone feel free to confirm if that's correct or correct me if that's inaccurate.

This is correct. It's the same one I ordered and I can confirm if you'd like with a pic when I get home (I still have the "bag" it came in).

Yep that's the part number for the 1050 tube.

I originally was under the impression that the 1050 tube and the +13 tube were the same, but they do have different part numbers. And we all know triumph always consolidate part numbers for the same parts on different bike.
Can someone visually confirm the two tubes have different sized cams??

Yeah that's what I thought.
The difference between the 1050 tube cam and the 06-12 tube cam is pretty noticeable. From memory I measured it at 4mm bigger in diameter when I swapped mine out.

In the end, if you notice the difference when riding and it's a positive change, then is a worth while mod.

There are definitely at least two throttle tube cam sizes out there for the 1050's depending on the model/year.

I am using a Sprint GT 1050 tube (small cam) on my '08 Tiger 1050 (large cam). Getting the proper cable slack required removing the tank on the Tiger to get to the lower adjusters, upper adjusters were not enough.

Yeah there are two 1050 tubes. The sprint one is wrong for our application on the D675. (Pretty sure it's the same cam diameter as the 675 tube.)
When anyone orders one and doesn't have the part no. they have to remember to ask for the Speed Triple tube.

Luckily for most, when installing the tube on D675, there should be plenty of slack in the top inline adjuster. (I've actually got a couple of threads showing on mine once properly adjusted for almost no play in the grip.)

I don't think the issue with Bike Bandit is the price but more so the shipping time it takes for you to get your parts. I've never dealt with Bike Bandit personally but other members here have spoke up about the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get your parts from them.
