I'm buying a 2013 675R with 3k miles. It's all stock and has had the exhaust valve replaced. Are there any gotchas to be aware of? I heard the Ohlins ttx shocks on 2014-15 models are recalled, does that also apply to the 2013? I've owned Aprilias for the last 10 years but am new to Triumph so any advice is appreciated.
Check out the thread ' 13 issues and fixes.' Should be an easy search on here. Just type it in the sesrch bar.
And the counter sprocket seal will probably leak all easy fixes on this bike
Welcome to the fold!!
Watch for coolant leaks, and watch for oil leaks at the counter shaft seal as Ditch mentioned. The only fluids the Brits know anything about are tea and beer.
If it still has the original Super Corsas, you'll probably need new tires soon.
Otherwise, just ride the stew out of it. It's a terrific bike.
