Dyno Tune Mods

Maybe I'm searching the wrong titles, or just got impatient but I'm looking into getting a custom tune done. Before I get the tune I'm looking for a list of recommended mods to do before the tune.

I have a 2012 D675 with Jardine Slip-on and EXUP and flapper disabled at the moment. I know the CAT delete would be a good place to start but is it worth the effort / cost?

What are some of the other mods recommended pre-dyno?

1. remove all the SAI garbage
2. remove all charcoal cannister stuff
3. remove the exup valve
4. remove intake flapper stuff
5. If using a stock air filter, remove the metal mesh from it.
6. how many miles? condition of plugs?
7. how old is the oil?
8. lube chain, set the tention

turn off all the above and reste the ecu with TUNE ECU..
Ask your tuner if he will be making ignition changes?

True for the 13+ too?
