It's what I had in the garage lol, gonna bondo to fill, smooth and feather before paint.
Plus it might not show in the pics but it's probably more then a 1/4" thick so I figured glass would be stronger...dunno this was my first attempt at body repair.
Figure if I muck it up there's always tank sliders.

Installed the oem flyscreen on my matte graphite '14 STR.

Because I purchased my bike used and the belly pan, seat cowl, and flycreen kit was not a promotion during the original sale, I kept checking ebay and forum classifieds for anyone selling theirs set. Luckily, found all 3 items from the same seller on ebay and won all of them.

Note sure if I prefer the look of the flyscreen installed or leaving the front naked just yet. Haven't had a chance to see if it makes any difference when riding yet.

Will likely install the belly pan after changing the oil at the end of riding season. Seat cowl will remain boxed up, since I use tail bag and sometimes carry a passenger.

Ducati maybe for me. I have a deep affection for the '06 White/Blue Triumph Scrambler but the low HP is a deal breaker for me. The Duc comes in around 75hp. Now that could be some real fun.

Yeah and don't forget the ~ 100 lbs weight difference, ABS Brembo brakes, 6 speed transmission and cheaper price. I hope Ducati will sell a ton of Scramblers, so Triumph is forced to make some real changes to the classic line. Now they just change colors every year and call it a day.

Rode from LA to the Grand Canyon. Pics to come in a separate thread once I get back in a few days. Whoever said you can't tour on a Streety has never toured on a Streety!

That sounds like an awesome ride. Good for you. While you were doing that, I put my bike away for the winter. Why, you ask? Well I woke up to nearly 6 inches of fresh snow this morning.
