Well, yes, I am a female, and yes, I had to lower my bike about 6 inches. My Icon Bombshell Boots just weren't tall enough to ride AND style at the local bike night.
I can ride pretty damn fast too (my bike has gold wheels), as long as there are no bends in the road.
