That 675R looks great. Any issues with the plate placement and police?

Nothing yet. The plate is actually pretty visible though.

Yes I do think it's worth it for a track/race bike. My steering stops were already broken but I've crashed a couple of times since then and believe it saves a lot more than just the steering stops(ie: air intake tube, fairings, gauge, frame and most importantly your fingers getting jammed against the frame/tank).

It's the hose to the front reservoir.
That holder looks great!

Actually on Saturday

Pulled out the old motor (dropped a valve retainer on #2 exhaust) ... had my wife help with the jack, and slid the new (7K, used) motor in it's place ... easy .... now to hook everything back up ...

Nothing. Just walked around to make sure everything was how I left it. Damn I want to ride.

I think I can finally say that I have sold the last part from my '06 daytona. At least that I plan on selling. Now, it only took 2.5 years...

Hokie, thank you and you're welcome.

Got the new head gasket on last night. Cams and chain are back on. Going.to check the valve clearance tonight and double check the cam chain. I suspect its a little stretched so ill measure it just in case.

I finally got some time to mess with the bike today and finally got the exhaust on! Also Ive been trying to decide what to do with the front signals. I made the running lights into signals but the oem signal holes have been driving me nuts. I wanted to do the watsen's but I call them and they say they are 8-10 weeks out! So I decided to start making my own and here is how far I got today! Will update as I make progress.

Ok so I got a little more time tonight ot work on the signals and heres where they stand. Im waiting on the LED's to come in, should be here in a couple days. I'm using 3 watt SMD's. I also need to look up the Phantom Black color code to get the paint so I can spray them over the weekend.
