Anyway happy new year to you guys, and apologies if my post made you feel defensive of your bike/colour/forum/right-to-be-sarcastic/motorcycling-in-general.

Happy riding.
Don't take any offense by anything said on a forum, especially this bunch of perverted deviants. At the end of the day were all riding the same great bike.

Color is pretty meaningless in the grand scheme of things, just a personal choice. Triumph uses exceptional hues in their color choices.

just be glad you didn't ask about OIL or TYRES!

the sarcasm thing is rampant these days, even my sons spend every waking moment trying to belittle each other and prove how superior they are to the other. it's sad and pathetic really....this generation.

some day they'll grow up & realize that they could have spent all that time & effort making other people feel good and thus themselves feel better in their own skin. rather than waste years of their lives trying to prove nothing to anyone on the internet.

ride on riders.

Exactly, it's a PERSONAL choice. So why ask a bunch of people whom you've never met what colour (although congrats Oppi on being able to spell colour correctly!) bike to buy. Because it's a personal choice we have absolutely NO idea what your preferences are, so it's a meaningless and pointless question. A complete waste of time.

Personally I wouldn't give a nano seconds thought about either graphite grey or white, wouldn't touch 'em with a barge pole. Hence why I suggested blue, coz that's my fave colour.

Buy the bike in the colour YOU like. Happy New Year!

Wow... all i can say I have learned is that negative will happen. It's like email and no ones exact meaing will be heard because they are writing; not talking.

Everyone will take a shot at bustin yur balz, but don't worry about the spelling... it happens.

I have always like White, but not on the STR. I bought my 12 in Black with Gold rims and love it.

With the red accent on the 13... I'm going graphite since that tones it down and looks good in my opionion.

All the best in your decision and remember... it won't matter when you pass people... all colors / colours work.

I love (and own) Graphite but I'm not sure I like the Red accents with Graphite on the new 'R'. I think the white looks better with the Red accents, IMHO.
