My brother was part of it all last year and said it is a good time. It just so happened to work out that it is my Spring Break that week and I have some vacation time I need to use. Should be an experience to say the least. I wish I had a riding partner so we could ride down. Would be a long lonely trip...

My boss had just want I wanted, a 5x8 with tilt bed. It needs new tires (ordering tomorrow). It's real dirty in this photo, but it's actually in very good condition. I'm going to scuff it up and paint it black. The tires I'm ordering will come with new silver wheels as well. It has a mesh deck (covered with plywood), I'll either put some new plywood down or do something else.

That will come in handy. Maybe add a wheel chock. I would almost rather have a multi purpose trailer like that if I just had a decent place to store it.

Got the price they were looking for on all the Purple stuff. They want $500 + shipping ($100) which still isnt a bad price but I dont think that I could find one cheap enough to make it work. Damn...

Yepper - been working on an "adjustable mounting point" design that is frame-rail mounted. That way I can move it to the center, or add another and carry two bikes.

Love to have a Pit Bull restraint, but those are too damn expensive, kill the use of the floor (no hauling dirt or rocks, ect. and too bike-specific without having a fortune tied up in adapters.

$600 - That's surprisingly low, I expected much more.

I sold my old one for $500 and paid $250 for the new one. Still need to spend about $150 for 3 new wheels/tires and paint it up. The Pit Bull system is great, but then you are left with the bracket on the floor, and you need an adapter for every different bike you want to use. This new one is only 2' shorter but the same width, and a whole lot lighter weight. Easier to move around the yard, easier for J to hook up on her own and cheaper to pull behind a vehicle.
