Default Which tune to use for Akrapovic Full system

I installed a Akrapovic Full Exhaust System on my 2011 675 and was wondering if anyone has this exhaust and which tune are you using with it? I will be using TuneECU to put on a new tune. Also, my check engine light is one because I removed the exup valve. Any way to have the check engine light ignore the exup valve?

Hey i have a tune that i have been using for some time with the full system, it has been made with power commander autotune. i made a lot of difference from standard map. i can mail it to you if you want it ?? but it is for PC V
You can disable the Exup valve in tuneecu, that should fix your problem

Hi,

I am a new member. I am from Jakarta- Indonesia.

Last night i installed Akra full system and surprised that engine check is on. And I read this thread. My mechanic say it is normal. Is it normal? My previous bike R6 does not.

I also install PC-V

I have the full akra system on my street bike and Im running the Arrow full system tune.

IMHO fuelling seems fine and everything seems peachy. Of course a power commander and dyno tune might be nicer but as my road bike im more than happy with that tune and for FREE :)

On the track i very comfortably pulled away from a stock 675 on the straight that admittedly had a far better rider on board

After my expeirence with using a FREE (TUNE ECU) map, they are decent for getting by until you get a custom tune..
The difference between the TUNE ECU full system map, and my custom bazzaz tune was 7rwhp & 4 ft lbs of torque, we are talking huge differences here..

I think the difference is worth a add on fueling unit and custom tune.. or at least find someone to custom tune your Stock ECM.
