for some reason that confused me lol.
but in the pictures below i circled the parts i need to swap. the OEM part that is circled, i need to remove. so that i can use the rizoma part that is circled instead. hopefully thats a little more clear.

There is a little wire part on the part that@screws onto your linkage. Take that off take the end off then use a wrench to separate the two

Remove the pin.
Remove the end. Then with an 8mm box wrench remove the ball by turning counter clockwise. Then install Rizoma shifter. Sent from my iPhone using Motorcycle.com Free App |
