Default HT Moto Customer Service - Fantastic!

Just wanted to post up a quick review of the experience I had with HT Moto's customer service.

Awesome guys. Great service.

Background:

I have been looking to get some Tank Pads/Grips for my 2012 Streety R. I know everyone around here swears by Tech Spec, but I want some white ones to match my white tank.

I found out that HT Moto had white ones, so I call them up to see if I can get a sample of the material to be sure it matches and will look good on the tank.

I spoke with Cory on the phone and he was kind enough to send me out a few samples in a number of colors completely free of charge to make sure that his product was to my liking before I buy.

Thanks HT Moto!

I'll second this endorsement. I couldn't tell on their website what the difference was between their "black" and "black molded" tank pads, so I requested some samples. Sent for free and now I know exactly what I'm getting without having to worry about any return/exchange BS. And I'm getting the molded black BTW. I like the look and feel of it much more than their cut style.
