Hi guys, good to see some more lap times but unfortunately I'm building a gas plant on an island off Queensland so can't update the leaderboard. I'll be home for Xmas, I'll update it then.
Well done on those times btw, hopefully there'll be a couple more before I return. Ride hard! :) Sent from my Motorcycle iPhone app

Yep, working on the island but commute from the camp at Benaraby every day. I see you're just down the road at Calliope. Quote:
Haha, the battle you guys are having is awesome.

I've taken a break from being focussed on going faster, and instead have been trying to learn to ride better. Still working on a few things, but I'm not quite the clusterfuck on wheels that I used to be (it kinda scares me that I went almost as fast 6 months ago, just lucky I didn't crash, methinks). Gonna try some entry-level racing at Morgan Park this year, the kind where they just divvy everyone up into starting groups based on qualifying times. Is that what you guys call bracket racing?

Yeah, that sounds like a version of Brackets. Doesn't matter what bike you're on, you race against people doing roughly the same times. They miss every second row in the grid to space everyone out a bit more and avoid turn 1 carnage.
Give it a try mate, you'll love it.

Yeah, I'm living in Calliope and working at QER, the shale oil refinery in Yarwun. But to remain somewhat on topic, does anyone have any suggestions on a good track in QLD or even NSW for someone who's never done a track day before?
