I've come to enjoy them now... well, not really, but I've gotten better at hopping in an ice bath now than when I first started to do them. The worst part is getting in. But once you're in its downhill from there.

I have read mixed reviews on ice baths, I never wanted to do it because it hasn't proved that it can't mess up your muscles and or will. Just prefer stretching after working out or take advil with heat and ice rotation.

I foam roll and stretch before and after workouts, and when I do high impact, I ice too.

Michael Boyle is my idol, he tells me what to do.
