If the scratchs and wear isn't to deep, u can get them restored.Headlight restoration just google for the service in ur area and find someone that's been doing it for awhile etc... Will end up saven u some definate cash, and they look close to perfect, ran me 70 bucks

Now are you talking scratches on glass lenses? or on plastic ones? Some of the newer headlight units are being replaced from a recall that causes them to scratch/crack.

There's a process of fine sanding that's done on plastic, then can either be wet sanded, or sprayed with specail spray then cured with uv lamp.

I seem to recall you can do this with some sort of dentists equipment. Can't for the life of me remember what it is though.

Honestly a little light grit polish and clear coat will do the same thing. Remember to clear coat over it after you work on your headlights or the plastic will tarnish.
