I rode from Windsor, ON to Craigmore, NS and back in 6 days (4976.5km) and 4 of those days were in the rain. The bike handled great and I had no issue with the cluster.
If you are worried about the bike sitting in the rain, look to purchase a Covermax half cover. Here is the link and a pic http://www.motorcyclegear.com/parts/...alf_cover.html |

I have not purchased one as of yet. If you get one, please post what size you bought and how it fits with some pics. I want to get one.

Day one was from Windsor, ON to Colebrook, NH. 1200km that day in 14hrs. Day 2 was 600km from Colebrook to St. John. New Brunswick, where we got rained on the whole day, Day 3 was St. John to Craigmore, Cape Breton Isle. Total one way, 2235.8km.
Return trip was day 1 from Craigmore, Cape Breton Isle to Drummondville, QC, which was 1300km in 16hrs. Day 2 of the return trip was Drummondville, QC to home. Total of 4976.5km. What a trip, I'll post pics in a bit. |

Well, I picked up a covermax half cover, size medium. I got mine off of eBay for pretty cheap. Here is how a medium fits a 2010 Street Triple. If you want more coverage, then you could go with a large.

That looks great. Perfect size to roll up and keep in my locker at work.
